Refunds:

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or replacement.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Returns:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please note that personalized and custom-made items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged. In the case of a defect or damage, photographic evidence may be required before a return is authorized.

Return Shipping:
